Symptoms of Gonorrhea

In many cases, gonorrhea does not show any signs or symptoms. So, a person might be infected with the disease and even spread it to others without knowing. A person might not show any signs for several months. If symptoms appear, they usually occur within two to 10 days of getting the disease.

Symptoms of gonorrhea among men might include:

  • Pain or burning sensation during urination
  • Creamy or green (similar to pus) discharge from penis
  • Pain in testicles
